The Intersection of Faith and Reason – Chris Reibold

Chris Reibold left the practice of his faith as a young man because he had asked tough questions about psychology and the natural sciences, and gotten simplistic and unsatisfying answers from his catechists. However, the older he got, the more he realized that the fields of scientific study were also dissatisfying, because they couldn’t answer questions about the deeper longings of the human heart. Eventually, he decided to revisit the claims of the Catholic Church in regard to the relationship between faith and reason, and was deeply moved by the profound wisdom he discovered there.
