The Heart of Catholic Worship – Jessica Ptomey

In the various Evangelical Protestant churches Jessica Ptomey attended growing up, she appreciated the worship music she heard, but always felt like something was missing. It seemed to be tailored to the preferences of the congregation, and she couldn’t put her finger on why she found that dissatisfying. When she discovered liturgical worship, and especially the sacramental theology around which the liturgy was built, suddenly everything clicked, and she knew she had to come home to the Catholic Church.
