Grace and Free Will in Catholicism – Seth Horton

As an Evangelical Christian who held to certain elements of Calvinism, Seth Horton saw the good things he did and the following of Christ’s commandments not as necessary for salvation, but rather as a response to his already having been saved. But in Scripture, he found a different model; that every believer must cooperate with the grace given to them by God as part of an ongoing path toward salvation and ultimate union with Him.
