Sam Guzman – Former Baptist

Sam Guzman grew up in a strong Christian household, and ended up attending Bob Jones University, known for its strong Fundamentalist convictions. Interestingly enough, he began working at an art gallery on campus, and that encounter with beauty caused him to ask all sorts of questions about history, theology, and who Jesus calls us to be. Those questions would eventually lead him to explore liturgy in the Anglican tradition before finding a home in the Catholic Church.
