Deb Scaravilli – Former Evangelical Protestant

Deb Scaravilli grew up as a preacher’s kid in a dispensationalist congregation. She went on to be part of an Evangelical Free church, and was satisfied there for many years.

When she fell in love with a Catholic man, she began to have all sorts of questions about the differences between Catholicism and the forms of Evangelicalism she’d been a part of. Slowly but surely, her anti-Catholic misconceptions fell away, and she began to realize that her true spiritual home was in the Catholic Church.
