Deacon Lou Aaron – Catholic Revert

Deacon Lou Aaron fell in love with the culinary arts from a young age, but being in that world often meant pretty much unlimited and unsupervised access to alcohol. It began to run his life until a fateful moment when he hit bottom, and knew he needed to turn to God if he wanted strength to fight his addiction. Deacon Lou now serves as a permanent deacon in the Diocese of Boise, and his restaurant, the Westside Drive-In, has been featured on the Food Network. He also does segments on food and the Bible for Salt & Light Catholic Radio.
