The Psalms as the Prayers of Jesus – Nathan Wigfield

Part of Nathan Wigfield’s journey to the Catholic faith was discovering the ancient form of prayer known as the Liturgy of the Hours. Because these prayers are based primarily on the Psalms, they connect us, not only to Christians and Jewish believers who have prayed them throughout the centuries, but to Jesus Christ himself, who would have prayed the Psalms daily, and who even prayed Psalm 22 from the cross.
