Is There a Visible Church? – Bud Marr
As an Evangelical Protestant, Bud Marr believed that the church was just a theological idea; that it was merely an invisible collection of those who personally believed in and followed Jesus at a given time. But as Bud began to discover on his journey to Catholicism, the primary metaphor in Scripture for the Church is the Body of Christ. Jesus meant for his kingdom on earth to be a visible reality, with a visible structure, and a commission to be visibly active in the world.
