Christianity and Scandals – Judy Davids

As an ordained pastoral minister in the Vineyard, when Judy Davids dealt with clients who were going through difficulties, her question started to be not *if* they had experienced sexual abuse in their respective churches, but *when.*

Long before she would face that question as a Catholic, Judy knew that she had to separate the issues of Christian leaders failing in their responsibilities from the faithfulness of Jesus Himself, and have Him as her rock rather than putting her ultimate trust in even the pastors and leaders of the Church.
