Baptism as a Sign of Christian Unity – Everett Franklin

Everett Franklin led a number of people through Baptism in his time serving as an Army chaplain on behalf of the Church of God.

So when one of the people he’d baptized let him know he was becoming Catholic and needed a record of his baptism, Everett was a bit surprised that the Catholic Church considered the Baptism he’d officiated as a Pentecostal minister legitimate and valid. Everett shares how that experience helped open the door for him to discover a deeper sense of the meaning of Baptism and the basis for unity among Christians.
