This week’s episode of The Journey Home was a roundtable conversation with Ken Hensley and Kenny Burchard, who shared the challenges that pastors commonly face when considering Catholicism.

Meanwhile, recent Journey Home guests Soren Johnson wrote about his experience of being interviewed by JonMarc Grodi for the show with the Arlington diocesan newspaper.

We published a Deep in Christ short, wherein JonMarc and Br. Rex Anthony Norris discussed connections between the 12 steps of AA and Catholic conversion.

We shared the written story of William McInnes, whose search for truth led him to a Maronite Catholic community.

And on the latest Insights video, Dr. Jason Reed shared how he came to realize he was teaching Catholic ideas while still employed at an Evangelical seminary.

Shalom World shared the story of Shereen Yusuff, a convert from Islam to Catholicism.

Bishop Robert Barron is organizing a rosary campaign to pray for fallen-away Catholics to return to the Church.

Keith Little interviewed Keith and Estelle Nester about their journey from Methodist ministry to the Catholic Faith.

EpicPew shared a few handy tips for brand new Catholic converts.

And Deacon Greg Kandra shared a conversion story that is also a vocation story for this past weekend’s observance of Good Shepherd Sunday.

Amy Welborn looked at the stories of St.  James the Lesser and St. Philip, who shared a feast day earlier this week.

And Tom Hoopes looked at what we can learn from the fact that Jesus repeatedly refers to his f0llowers as sheep.

A member being received into the Church this weekend, another member discerning whether or not this is the year they should begin RCIA, and all our members going through health difficulties — these are just a few of the people we are praying for and working with at The Coming Home Network.  Please help us continue to support those on the journey by visiting today.

“You cannot put straight in others what is warped in yourself.”
