Julie & Kevin Wynn: Former Seventh-day Adventists

Julie & Kevin were both raised Seventh-day Adventist (SDA). As young people they were taught that Christ’s return was imminent, they must worship on Saturday and follow the levitical dietary laws and that the Pope was the antichrist. One day, Kevin came across an Adventist website whose author was making arguments against Catholicism. At the end of the page there was a link called “A Catholic rebuttal.” Rather than making counter accusations, as Kevin had expected, the Catholic presented his beliefs and explained them in a rational manner. This was the beginning of a journey that would eventually lead Kevin & Julie home to the Catholic Church of Jesus Christ.
