Jamie Richardson: Former Baptist

Marcus Grodi welcomes Catholic convert Jamie Richardson.  Having grown up in a small-town, faith-filled home in Michigan, Jamie discusses his journey to the Catholic faith from his roots as a Baptist, then in the Church of the Brethren.  Circumstances brought him to live with his his grandmother, a devout Christian, and commute to a local college which happened to be Catholic (Sienna Heights University).  Seeds were planted from his relationships with his professors and fellow students, which continued after he entered the working world of advertising and marketing.  Jamie discusses the impact of his roommate’s call to the priesthood as a lens for reviewing his own life, self-centered as it was at the time, and leading to his eventual conversion.
