Guy Doud: Former Non-denominational Pastor

September 18, 2006 No Comments

Guy grew up in the Congregational Church in Minnesota. When he was in seventh grade he went to a Billy Graham movie where he accepted Christ in his heart. He then began to attend Evangelical churches. After college he began to teach and attend a Presbyterian church, where he became the youth pastor. Later a friend asked him to help found a Non-denominational Community Church which he pastored for thirteen years. He began to ask, “What do I believe and why do I believe it?” While channel surfing, he stumbled onto EWTN. Thus began his journey to the Catholic Church. Guy was chosen as National Teacher of the Year for 1986.
