G. K. Chesterton: An Anglican Who Became a Catholic

In this special edition of the Journey Home, Marcus interviews G. K. Chesterton, portrayed by Chuck Chalburg. Chesterton was an English writer, lay theologian, poet, philosopher, dramatist, journalist, orator, literary and art critic, biographer, and Christian apologist. Born in London in 1874, he was reared in the Church of England, entering the Catholic Church in 1922. He died in his home in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, on June 14, 1936.
