Joint Heirs with Christ, Romans 8:14-17

Dr. Jeffrey Schwehm |
December 3, 2008 Deep in Scripture 2008, Romans, Saint Paul

Marcus welcomes former Jehovah’s Witness and Lutheran, Dr. Jeffrey Schwehm, who was well-established in the hierarchy of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Dr. Schwehm discusses the tight hand the hierarchy of the Jehovah’s Witness have on the way in which each member is allowed to interpret Scripture. In Romans 8:14-17, St. Paul writes that all those in Christ are children of God; Dr. Schwehm contrasts this Scripture with the beliefs of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.
