Marcus Grodi and Msgr. Jeffrey Steenson continue their study of St. Irenaeus of Lyons by digging into Book 3 of Against Heresies.

Msgr. Steenson explains how reading the arguments of St. Irenaeus in regard to apostolic succession was a key part of his journey to the Catholic Church. They also discuss the nature of Christ’s saving work, as well as what St. Irenaeus had to say about Mary as the New Eve.
