Marcus Grodi and Msgr. Jeffrey Steenson continue their study of Against Heresies by St. Irenaeus of Lyons by looking at what kind of knowledge the Christian is called to have in order to maintain relationship with God.

After dissecting the problems posed Gnostic theology in the earlier parts of his book, St. Irenaeus now undertakes to explain the true understanding of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as proclaimed to the Apostles, preserved by them, and passed on to their successors.
