Nadia Mitchell – Former Christian and Missionary Alliance

Nadia Mitchell was a third generation overseas missionary, and was serving in a Christian and Missionary Alliance church when she first started taking seriously the possibility that Catholicism might be true.  An ardent pro-lifer, when she learned of the passing of a pro-life student, she was bothered by the language some Catholics were using to remember him.  As she researched Catholic teaching on purgatory, salvation and Mary, she became intellectually convinced of the truth of the Catholic faith, but it took her a long time to feel at home in the Church.  Her story is a good one to share with any convert you know who loves being Catholic, but is having trouble finding his or her place in the Church.
