Charlene Anderson: Former Lutheran

Charlene comes from a long line of Lutherans. He father was a Lutheran minister. She wasn’t particularly religious until, in the 11th grade in a boarding school, when she and her roommate were beaten by a burglar. This experience ignited her faith. During college, she became interested in the religious life. She joined a Lutheran religious community in Germany, where she remained for 14 years. Eventually, she left the community and married her husband Peter, who had also previously belonged to same community. Together they found their way Home to the Catholic Church.
