David Mills: Former Episcopalian

As a young boy, David had no interest in faith. In his New England college town, he belonged to a Marxist Boy Scout troop. After coming into contact with a tough but loving faithful Baptist deacon, he was introduced to godliness. Upon reading the “Lord of the Rings,” by J. R. R. Tolkien, he began to be compelled by a Christian worldview without knowing it. By high school, he had turned to Christ. In college, he was introduced to an Anglo-Catholic Episcopal parish, which he joined.  As an Anglican, David had a condition he calls “Roman Fever”. He feeling that he was not Home. After years of fighting bouts of Roman Fever he gave in and came home to the Catholic Church.
