Kent Trosander & Kjell Andersson: Former Pentecostals

December 20, 2010 No Comments
Kent Trosander and Kjell Andersson join Marcus in Sweden for this special episode.  Kent grew up in a Lutheran home but spent twenty-five years in the Pentecostal tradition before converting to Catholicism in 2001.  After his wife died in 1996, Kent had a series of trips which planted seeds for his conversion.  It was while attending a retreat that his call was confirmed – a call that eventually led to studying for the diaconate.  Kent is a lecturer at the University of Örebro.

Kjell, who grew up in a family that was Lutheran in name but non-practicing, is CEO of Lebenspektrum, a company that provides innovative equipment for the blind.  He shares the story of his conversion to Catholicism, while discussing with Marcus the challenges as well as opportunities in living with limited vision.
