After weeks of great posting and quick response on the forum, it has slowed down again for me.  I am getting numerous "error" pages and sometimes it is so slow I don't know if I'm still online!  Is anyone else having these problems?

I certainly am.  Many times I am not successful at all in even getting on the forum to keep up with messages.  It's possible that the errors of the last six months are finally catching up with us.  Let's hope someone is doing regular backups like I used to do.

I have been having trouble getting logged in and trouble navigating. I'm also being dropped a lot.

Yep. We're all experiencing it again. It seems to always eventually straighten itself out. I don't have a clue how to fix it, myself. Stephen Smeltzer and CajunRick are the techies of the forum.

I don't have access to the techie stuff anymore, so it's all Steve now.

After a week of not getting anything but the home page, I decided to try yet a different browser today. Right now (fingers crossed!) Safari is working for me. IE and Firefox aren't working for me right now.

I have been unable to get on the forums of the CHN homepage for nearly a week.  Sometimes I have been able to read but not post, but most of the time the pages don't come up at all.  I'm happy that it is working today! :)

I was using Internet Explorer before and it finally stopped working altogether for this site, so I'm now using Safari. Thanks for the tip! :)

Beth and Laura, if you begin having trouble with Safari, pull down under the Edit menu and click on Reset Safari. Sometimes that helps. Sometimes not.

Laura, I'm delighted to see you back. I noticed you had been away a while. You've been in my prayers.

God bless,
Becky

Thank you so much, Becky. :) It means a lot to me to know that someone - a total stranger! - cares enough to pray for me on my journey.

And thanks for the suggestion about resetting Safari. Hopefully I won't have any more problems with this site, but if I do, I will try your suggestion.
