I wasn't sure where to put this, but on the Services page (http://www.chnetwork.org/services.htm) at the CHNI website proper, I found a link to the forums that led to http://www.chnetwork.org/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi, which Firefox informs me doesn't exist (or at least redirect to the real URL).
Somebody should fix that.
