She is in Lourdes at the moment with the diocese youth group. They go to help the sick. She called just a few moments back - bear in mind its 3 am in France and 2am here.

She has had numerous problems with her hips since birth and experiences more pain than she would care to admit to. Anyways to get to the point she said she went to Mass tonight and whilst bending down to talk to 'her lady' in the wheelchair felt "something well weird in my hip" she said it felt really warm all of a sudden and she was concerned she wouldn;t be able to stand again. She motioned a close friend over and asked her to stand behind her whilst she stood so she could get some support. Lou (my daughter) says she stood up ok and felt a bit daft and the evening passed with no problems. Later back in the room her and her friend had showered and were sitting talking prior to going into bed. She said Catherine her friend asked what was wrong with her leg, Lou looked down at her scars and says that 'the big one' was red and the other little ones were hard to see. At this point she realised that she had no pain at all and hadn't had any since Mass. No pain at bedtime is something she has not experienced since she was 2 and she is now 15. My darling daughter and her friend then went and woke Sister Bernadette their mentor up and explained. They are going to talk to someone else tomorrow/today my daughter is convinced that Our Lady has touched her and healed her right hip.

I am so pleased she woke me to tell me but not I cant sleep and just had to share.

I had a healing of both knees one day, when I almost cried like a child to God about them -- I was filled with a wonderful warmth, like warm water being poured through me . . . and both knees were suddenly free of pain.  Healed from that moment 20 years ago to today.    I was fascinated to hear of your daughter's healing, with the warmth.

Blessed be the holy name of God. Blessed be God in his angels and in his saints. We are blessed indeed to hear this witness to the truth.

She went to help the sick and she herself was healed. What a sense of humor God has! Yet how fitting. Praise be to Him.

Praise God! I've shared here before here and there, that I believe my father may have been healed of lung cancer. Many scans have confirmed that the tumor stopped growing and is even shrinking. Possibly . . . he did receive radiation, too.

Here's a remarkable story of healing that happened with the son of a friend of mine.

I ask for your prayers for the healing (supernaturally or medically) of my sister Judy of a serious condition that is best kept private. Thanks!
