My Brothers and Sisters of the Forum,

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for suggesting that cross link about Bill Maher from the Catholic League without at least putting in a strongly worded caveat, warning or something to give any reader a head's up about the content. It wasn't until later when I'd started writing a post for blog service I recently changed over to and started using that I realized how raunchy some of Maher's words were.

And-- even then I remained clueless as to how even the even the fact that they'd come from a good Catholic service such as the Catholic League might've still caused great hurt and harm to others.

Did I have much to learn! And pretty darn quick!

Bringing hurt or shame to the forum is the very last thing I would've wanted to do. I love being part of this forum and the last thing I'd ever want to do is to hurt others or endanger my standing within by inadvertently not using my head.  I simply wanted to bring to attention to what was out there and who'd brought it to our attention. Unfortunately, men like Maher have their followings and enough simpletons out there who buy into his malicious notion of what constitutes "humor." Knowing what the enemy is up to was my sole intent, not anything else

As for Maher, it is safe to say that even he's managed to give pride a newer and doubly deeper meaning as he tried to even out do the father of pride and lies with his statement about how long he's been at hating the Catholic Church.

Again, my apologies. If I ever thought my postings on the forum were a hinderance, I'd stop in a heartbeat. This service is far too important to others for one person to mar through carelessness.

Sincerely,

Steven
