I am not aware of any change in the recommendation for Lent.  The Rosary is a private devotion, so feel free to do whatever mysteries you feel are appropriate.

I have a little book thingie that says you do the sorrowful mysteries every day during Lent. Personally, I switch over to the 7 dolors of Mary during Lent. Autom has the "gear" for this. It is 7 groups of 7 Hail Marys with a special prayer after each set about accompanying her on her journey. Very moving.
