| For the first time yesterday, I noticed that my church bulletin listed the times for the "Liturgy of the Eucharist" rather than just saying "Mass Schedule". It has always been my understanding that the Mass is made up of 2 liturgies: The Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist. As such, is it incorrect for the Mass to be referred to solely as the "Liturgy of the Eucharist"?

The General Instructions of the Roman Missal (GIRM) says, in section 28:
The Mass is made up, as it were, of two parts: the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist. These, however, are so closely interconnected that they form but one single act of worship.
So yes, there are two separate liturgies, but they are so closely interconnected that they cannot truly be separated. However, I think referring to it only by the term "Liturgy of the Eucharist" discounts the Liturgy of the Word as somehow less important, which is incorrect. Both parts of the mass are indispensible.
