Decongestants don't work for allergies.  Those are antihistamines. 

I don't think either contributes to depression, however, so it's not topical for this thread.  :D
:offtopic: Duh! I realized that days after posting my comment. :embarrassed: I do take the right thing. :winking: I usually take loratadine. Thanks for the advice, my friend! :bowing: It's a whole new world for me to have to be watching everything I ingest. I was able to find unsalted peanuts at WalMart today. whoopee. :eyeroll:  We need a yawning smiley because that's what I feel like doing about eating mostly unsalted food. Bo-ring AND depressing. :(  So there, SLIGHTLY on topic. :cool:
