Regarding the law to receive communion at least once during the Easter season (the law to receive reconciliation at least once a year does not have to be during the Easter season I understand). This means between Ash wednesday and and Trinity Sunday, correct? Is there any rule or known suggestion that it is to take place within your own rite and or parish?

The Easter season starts on Easter Sunday, not Ash Wednesday; it does not include the penitential season of Lent. Otherwise your understanding is correct.
There is no rule on where one is to fulfill the law regarding the reception of the Eucharist. Any Catholic Eucharist is sufficient.

And again, the minimum is irrelevant to those who attend mass, confess, and receive the Eucharist regularly.
