I have come across some Women's Spirituality Organizations, many of them led by nuns who emphasize spirituality in general and they represent themselves as Catholic.
Below is one link of one organization that also provides links to similar ones:
http://www.teswc.org/resources.html
If I compare the writings of the canonized Saints and compare them to what is represented on these websites, I am led to believe that they are more connected to the New Age teachings than true Catholic spirituality that is God centered rather than man or woman centered.
If this is the case then how valid are their claims that are are "Catholic" organizations?

Bill, in the first link I followed, the organization claimed to follow the theology of Anthony de Mello, SJ. This man’s latest book was recently condemned by the Vatican, who demanded that the order’s permission and bishop’s imprimatur be recinded. I think this will answer your more general question.

What made me so sensitive to this question of mine is that I am reading a biographical book about St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. The organization that claims her name represents a "spirituality" that is foreign to what she followed. This was very distubing to me.
I looked at the Sisters of Charity of NY website. They seemed to be more Christ focused.
