I am not convinced that we have yet arrived at the best understanding of original sin between East and West, only to say that agreement seems possible. One thing we do know, is that Adam's sin had a profound effect on all of creation, and probably each of us born into the world.
But when the angels rebelled and fell, this sweeping weakness does not seem to have weakened them the same way it weakened us. We teach that they have free will. Why is it different for them? Why did not one of them falling, cause weakness for all of them and their ability to choose God? Is it because nobody's sin really forces anybody else to sin (Adam does not force us to sin, and I am not sure we even inherit his guilt, we are guilty of our own sin) or is it because we are Adam's children, and the angels do not beget other angels but were all created by God? Or is it because angels were made slightly higher above us in some ways? And possibly because they enjoy the beatific vision?
Maybe I have answered my own question somewhere in there.

Angels have no materiality, but are pure spirit. They live in eternity, not itme. As you say, they do not beget other angels but are all immediately created by God. Therefore, an inherited condition, such as Original Sin, is not possible.
