Thanks for asking, Marshall! No surgery. The condition we had thought might be there (based on an optometrist's speculation) was not, so there was no immediate threat of any profound loss of vision for Judy. She got new eyeglasses which are an improvement, and the best that can be done, but not perfect. It's one of those things one has to live with and put up with, I guess. We're both thankful that no one in the family has any truly serious health problems.
