Unfortunately tragedy strikes again for my university. We just lost another student due to a fatal car accident. Her name is Nicole and she was my peer mentor, so the loss also hits pretty close to home for me. She was well liked on campus, a beautiful and vibrant young lady who was to enter her senior year. She died as she was traveling back to campus for summer classes. Please keep Nicole, her family, and the rest of the Mount community in your prayers.
Also, my history professor is still strugging with his brain cancer. Continued prayers for him would be greatly welcomed as well.
Lastly, and on a brighter note, a few of my friends have just recently been ordained as deacons and priests. Please keep Deacon Tim, Deacon Dan, Deacon Omar, Father Freddie, and Father Neil in your prayers.
