A couple of hours ago, a coworker of mine got a call that her stepson was hit by a car. The police wouldn't tell her anything more but that she needed to go to the hospital.
Please pray for this young man (I believe he is 12 years old) that he is safe. Please also pray that his parents would be consoled during this time.

| May God our Father uphold and sustain this young man, giving his physicians wisdom and making their treatment effective. May He protect his parents from anxiety and fulfil their hope. Amen.

I just received the following good news from my coworker:
"I want to thank you all for your concern. [My son] is banged up but ok. He was backed over at the bus stop. The car folded him in half and dragged him under the bumper. He has sever road rash on his back and a bump on his spine. So far they feel he is going to be fine, but he is in pain and we are watching the spine."
Thank you all for your prayers.
Ryan

| I will pray for this young man, and for his continued recovery. What an awful experience for him to go through.
